Shipping

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM ship the same business day.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 shipping charge applies below that.
• Metro cities: 2-4 business days. Other regions: 4-7 business days.
• You'll receive tracking updates by email as your order moves through Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Delivered.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for orders up to ₹50,000. Orders above this value must be paid online at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

• Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For safety reasons, electrical items that show signs of installation or wiring cannot be returned.
• Defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge — contact support with your order number and photos of the issue.
• Refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the return being received.
